Entering Brighton from the A23 continue forward onto London Road at Mill Road Roundabout take the second exit onto London road. A23 (sign posted Brighton).

Continue along road until you see Black Lion restaurant on the left hand side. 

Indicate left onto the Old London Road as you come to the end of this narrow road turn first left onto Ladies Mile Road. 

Continue all the way up Ladies Mile Road straight over cross roads with shops on the left and Patcham High school on the right, still going up to very end of the road until you can go no further. 

Turn right into Windmill View ( new development of houses) take second left and 31 is the first house on the left.
