TELEPHONE
CONSULTATIONS
For patients unable to come to my clinic I can
offer telephone consultations. These are prearranged slots whereby
the patient phones at an agreed time. Remedies will then be sent by
post.

AVAILABILITY
BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS
In between appointments, should you need
advice or you experience any marked symptoms while taking your
remedies, telephone support is available. You are encouraged to call
and discuss any concerns. There is no charge for this service for
calls lasting no longer than 10 minutes.

HOLIDAY
COVER
Should I be unavailable for more than 3 days a
fully qualified and registered locum will provide telephone support.
Patients will be informed of contact details. Locum rates may vary
and will be clarified at the time.

EMERGENCY
In an emergency situation you may call and ask for help and
advice on how to deal with matters of first aid, for example, bee
stings, childhood accidents and symptoms relating to meningitis.
